The challenge

Austen & Blake were in the process of redefining their values, mission and social presence, and needed timeless content to enrich their digital channels. Their website already offered a detailed Knowledge section, but it was almost entirely text-based. The brief was to transform this material into an elegant, approachable video that could carry the same warmth and reliability their customers experience in-store.


The solution

We produced a three-minute educational film, structured in chapters covering Natural vs Lab-Grown diamonds, the 4Cs, Diamond Shapes and Certification. The style is minimal and premium, combining 3D rendering and motion graphics to explain complex concepts with clarity and sophistication. The narration follows a calm and trustworthy tone, echoing the brand’s reputation for approachable and supportive staff.


From this main film, four short clips were created for social media and in-store use. Each cut focused on a specific theme and was optimised for sound-off viewing with clean text overlays. A vertical version of the extended film was also adapted for in-store screens, turning the content into an immersive tool that bridges digital storytelling with the physical retail experience.


The result

The result is a suite of versatile, evergreen assets that strengthen Austen & Blake’s online presence while reflecting their mission to empower customers through clarity, trust and knowledge.
